All Sales Are Final on Shipping Containers
Due to the nature of our products, all container sales are final. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in the rare case of shipping damage or order error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Containers
If your container arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Here’s what to do:

Take clear photos of the container and any issues (damage, incorrect unit, etc.)

Email them to info@ccshippingcustomcontainers.com with your order number

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days
If your claim is approved, we will work to repair, replace, or partially refund the affected unit at no additional cost.
⚠️ Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or resolution.
Custom Container Orders
Custom-built containers (e.g., with modifications, paint, doors, insulation, etc.) are non-refundable once production has started. Please confirm all design details before approving the final order.
Refunds for Canceled Orders (Before Shipping)
If your order is canceled before shipping, a partial refund may be issued, minus:

A 10% processing and restocking fee

Any non-refundable deposits on custom work
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and may take up to 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
No Chargebacks Policy
By completing your purchase, you agree to contact ccshippingcustomcontainers.com directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed.
